Whether it's springtime, when nature's colours burst into life, a summer evening, when you can marvel at the incomparable view of the Milky Way during the cicada concert, autumn, when the mild climate extends the outdoor season until late in the year, or winter, when the stormy winds invite you to cosy up in front of the open fire: Casa Poggio Agliai offers a place of tranquillity and rejuvenation in every season.
In the hills around Suvereto, the winding road leads up to the small hamlet of Prata. From there, a well-maintained natural road leads into the heart of the Alta Maremma countryside. For over a hundred years, the former farmhouse has stood at the end of Poggio Agliai, whose two valleys are surrounded by the Fosso Bruno and Fosso Mulino streams.
The house offers comfort for 10 people with four bedrooms, three with double beds, one with a queen-size bed, and two single beds in the living room on the first floor. In addition to a functional kitchen and a wood-fired oven house for homemade pizzas, the large living room offers plenty of space for cozy dinners and relaxed evenings.
The portico and veranda around the house also offer many opportunities to spend time outdoors.
